Description

We are looking for a Science tutor to support a student for 1-2 hours per day in East Putney.


We are looking for a tutor who is able to provide an engaging curriculum to support the student's progress in GCSE Science.


The role:


  • This role will involve providing tuition to young people referred to Anchor Tutors
  • Planning each session of teaching
  • Providing engaging sessions which meet their needs
  • Completing lesson reports and providing feedback on progress

Tutor requirements:


Desirable

  • Professional Teaching Qualifications
  • 2+ years teaching experience
  • Experience working with young people with Additional Educational Needs
  • Experience, knowledge and understanding of safeguarding processes

Essential

  • Enhanced DBS (we can help obtain this at cost if needed)
  • Two professional references
  • UK Right to Work
