JOB TITLE AND BENEFIT DETAILS Fitter Team Leader**
Salary: £15.60 per hour + 25 days holiday plus bank holidays + overtime at time and half.

Hours:
Monday to Friday, 40-hour week

PURPOSE
Managing a team of fitters to ensure productivity is maximised and quality levels are kept high.

We provide more buildings for hire than anyone else, including modular buildings for sale and rent, and off-site permanent buildings for sale for temporary, semi-permanent and permanent use.


YOU PROBABLY WANT TO KNOW WHATS INVOLVED

  • Engage with operatives to ensure they understand work requirements involved in completing their tasks and clarify where required
  • Monitor operative's performance in terms of speed and quality of works and provide constructive feedback
  • Lead staff in the quest of achieving operational efficiency targets.
  • Inform the Production Manager of any issues surrounding staff performance and materials outage
  • To work closely with and assist trades people
  • General maintenance skills
  • Use of power tools
  • The removal of internal fittings prior to works
  • Continuously checking and working to Algeco quality standards in line with customer expectations
