Job Profile
Our client is looking for an Administration Assistant to join their Leeds City Centre team. This is temporary role initially from March through until May. They have advised previous admin experience is essential along with a full understanding of MS Programmes.

Responsibilities;

  • Working alongside multiple teams to support the completion of tasks and projects to the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
  • Build and format search reports from the system.
  • Build and format assignment packs
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support to the team as required such as filtering telephone calls, research tasks, booking external appointments and maintenance of records.
Experience, skills set and/or qualifications required;

  • Experience and proficiency of using MS Office programmes
  • Previous administrative experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills including proficiency in English
  • Must be punctual, reliable, diligent and operate with a high degree of professionalism and commitment.
  • Strong organisational skills can prioritise effectively and strong attention to detail.
  • Flexible, proactive style who is comfortable working under pressure.
  • Educated to degree level is desirable but not essential.

Hours:
Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm

Salary:
£10.77 per hour
