Key Accountabilities
- to ensure that all fitness programmes are delivered both 'on brand' and with positive énergie from GroupEX to New Member Inductions
- to ensure that all members are being given a 'Best in Class' fitness experience through regular contact and communications ensuring we create 'Raving Fans'
- to be obsessed with making each member visit 'the best 60 minutes of their day'
- to generate a steady stream of membership recruitment opportunities through outbound prospecting
- to grow club membership numbers by communicating the value of club products and services
