The Opportunity


As Administrator you will provide commercial administrative and general administrative support to the Operations team based at our client site, ensureing all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner with attention to detail.


The key accountabilities of the role include:

  • The preparation and submission of timesheets
  • Maintaining holiday trackers
  • Liaising with the Training Coordinator to book training
  • Raising purchase requisition and tracking orders
  • Collation of hours and material spend, input into valuation spreadsheets and invoicing
  • Upkeeping records necessary to maintain industry accreditations
  • Booking transport and accommodation

The Person

Must have:


  • Strong IT skills, confident in using Excel
