The Opportunity
As Administrator you will provide commercial administrative and general administrative support to the Operations team based at our client site, ensureing all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner with attention to detail.
The key accountabilities of the role include:
- The preparation and submission of timesheets
- Maintaining holiday trackers
- Liaising with the Training Coordinator to book training
- Raising purchase requisition and tracking orders
- Collation of hours and material spend, input into valuation spreadsheets and invoicing
- Upkeeping records necessary to maintain industry accreditations
- Booking transport and accommodation
The Person
Must have:
- Strong IT skills, confident in using Excel
