Ashfield are currently recruiting a field based, Clinical Governance Manager.

This is a great opportunity to join the company and be a highly valued member of a growing clinical team.

The jobholder will have experience working in Clinical Governance activities demonstrating innovation and continuous improvement cycle.

You will have experience of clinical and pharmaceutical management, with a service industry background.


The jobholder should be able to demonstrate their ability to operate effectively at a senior level and show strong commercial awareness whilst liaising effectively with all levels of the organisation.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop, lead, and implement the Clinical Governance strategy
  • Work in partnership with QA
  • Lead and develop clinical quality assurance and management
  • CQC, RQIA, Care Inspectorate leader
  • On call duties
  • Ensure all teams are delivering KPI and contractual deliverables within clinical governance
  • Ensure robust processes are in place to achieve consistent clinical governance excellence across all projects within the Patient Solutions Business Unit
  • To support Business Development in the creation and delivery of business pitches and RFI/RFPs within the UK in relation for Clinical governance
  • Collaborate with European colleagues to achieve best practice

Experience and Qualification Requirements:


  • The jobholder should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a management role and worked in an operational / clinical capacity, demonstrate experience of working within a commercial and clinical environment.
  • The job holder should have at least 2 years' experience specialising in clinical governance or equivalent
  • Honours degree (or relevant professional qualification), NMC desirable
  • The jobholder should be able to demonstrate their ability to operate effectively at a senior level and show strong business acumen.

Location:

The jobholder will be field based with requirements to attend the UK head office, client offices and other UK meeting venues on occasions and will be expected to adopt the Company Remote Working Policy
