This is a fast paced and expanding business with an opportunity for someone to join their property management teamlocated in their Harborne office.

Salary on offer is up to £25,200 which includes a performance related bonus, working hours are 08:45 to 17:30 Monday to Friday with 09:30 to 16:30 1 in 3 Saturdays.

The essence of the role

Responsible for the management of tenancies and properties ensuring all enquires are dealt with accordingly and remain complaint with legislation.

Scope of the Property Manager role

Assist with the management of the property portfolio in order to maximise office income including the retention of properties and clients
Liaise with key stakeholders and organise for maintenance works to be carried out on properties
Ensure properties are complaint by arranging gas safety and energy performance certificates
Negotiate deposit returns between both tenants and landlords

Renewal of tenancies

General administration including which includes typing, filling, post and ordering stationaryPrerequisites
Previous property experience
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
The ability to work well under pressure
Organised and able to prioritise
Punctual and great time management
