Customer Service Advisor - SheffieldMon-Friday, No Sales, Hybrid
Do you have a passion for customer service? Do you have excellent communication skills? Would you like to work Monday-Friday? We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Sheffield team on a 12 month fixed term contract.
You will be provided with full training and have the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Sheffield office Previous experience with pensions is not required.
Skills and experience that will lead to successExperience of working within a customer service focused role with direct customer contact either face to face or via telephone.
Excellent customer experience skillsGood communication skills.
A pro-active approach with the ability to resolve queries efficiently and effectively.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to provide ongoing quality.
Good understanding of Word, Outlook, and Excel.
What the day will look like
Delivering excellent customer se rvice, you will have the opportunity to help customers get ready for retirement and provide them with continuous support during the retirement process.
Updating personal information with a high attention to detail.
Processing requests for written information to be sent to our members.
Providing actuate information from our knowledge database.
Helping people accurately complete documentation.
Explaining our processes and setting correct expectations.
Office base in Sheffield to ensure you are not isolated, and benefit from the supporting network that is Aon United.
We work smartly in a hybrid environment requiring you to be in the office at least 2 days week which supports your on-going development and training needs.
