Oaklands House Care Centre, SO30 3HP

Hours per week: 44

The Role


As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing the highest standards of person-centred care to our residents whilst maintaining dignity, respect and wellbeing.

You will support our residents to live as independently as possible in a friendly and homely environment.


Previous experience within the Care sector is not essential as we are committed to providing full comprehensive training along with support and development with ongoing training and leadership across all areas.

Job Requirements

As a Care Assistant, you will:

  • Be a kind, compassionate and friendly individual and have a genuine interest in caring for the elderly
  • Have effective communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Have the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Be flexible and willing to work shifts (to include weekends)
