About the role
We are looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support recruitment across the RSM business. Whilst not an entirely remote position, this role affords excellent hybrid working as well as flexible working.
The role will involve assisting our Talent Acquisition team with delivering a full recruitment service on a day-to-day basis to our Partners and Hiring Managers across the UK business.
Responsibilities will include the following:
- Arranging interviews (face to face or Microsoft Teams) for the Talent Acquisition team
- Updating and maintaining the inhouse recruitment system (ATS) and CRM database.
- Playing a key role in data quality and reporting, such as updating trackers and providing statistics for monthly reports
- Involvement in projects and maintaining the Preferred Supplier List
- Managing internal and referral scheme applicants
- Create and update templates for the Consulting team to ensure consistency across all communications in the service line and support new joiners
- Champion inclusivity within the recruitment process and strategy to support building a stronger employer brand
- Promoting our inclusive culture and latest vacancies on our social media platforms
To be considered for the position you must have the below skills and experience:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate with others to enhance existing ways of working
- The ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships, and communicate at all levels internally and externally
- Demonstrate strong planning and organisational skills with ability to prioritise to effectively meet deadlines
- Hands on approach and practical outlook on problem solving
