The Role and What you will be doing:

The role is for our InCharge product, which is a Business Portal for SME and Enterprise customers empowering the users to have a 360 view of their account with self service capabilities, for a truly Digital Transformation offering for our customers.


  • Define strategy and roadmaps for the Enghouse InCharge product to ensure market competitiveness and differentiation for the products.
  • Negotiate and define product release content with product development and coordinate with them to deliver ontime commitments.
  • Coordinate crossdepartmental activities for release readiness and launch, using a structured product introduction process. Create gotomarket content, pricing and packaging materials for these releases.
  • Support portfolio integration planning and execution, as a supplier of strategic and essential shared products and components for the larger Enghouse portfolio.
  • Own and coordinate productrelated questions, relationships and activities with sales, services and key partners.
  • Performing business analysis in the early stages of a project to ensure the why, what, when and how much is understood
  • Organising and facilitating the required meetings and workshops to support project discovery and delivery
  • Ownership of the requirements, ensuring that the right stakeholders have been engaged and requirements have been documented and considered at the right level
  • Ensuring scope and requirements are sufficiently understood
  • Ensuring requirement traceability is maintained throughout the development lifecycle and that any scope changes are sufficiently managed
  • Ensuring consistent analysis standards are used across projects and any crossproject dependencies are sufficiently identified and managed

What you bring:


  • Agile delivery experience and requirements
  • Experience carrying out product definition and gotomarket release management, as a product manager, product marketing manager, project manager, project lead, or development lead.
  • Must have excellent English language skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills; excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Comfort dealing with senior management staff at partners and customers.
  • Experiencing working with Sales and Presales for estimation/requirement gathering
  • Ability to multitask; exceptional attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
  • Experience working independently, as well as with crossfunctional teams.
