About The Role:

***- EKFB (Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial and BAM) is proud to have been appointed by HS2 to deliver civil engineering works across an 80km section of the new high speed rail link between the Chiltern Tunnel and Long Itchington Wood.

EKFB are recruiting for a Team Coordinator to join our Engagement Team in Milton Keynes
You will be an integral part of the Community Engagement team, by coordinating community engagement activities, organising internal and external resources required for events and drafting presentations and research information to contribute to meetings.
Providing general administrative support to the team, you will raise requisitions for any purchase orders and ensure invoices are processed, as well as ensuring document control processes are followed for engagement materials, presentations and briefings.

You will work collaboratively with a range of different stakeholders, both internally and externally, such as venues or service providers and the wider EKFB/HS2 teams.

Good people and communication skills
Strong organisation skills
Excellent IT skills (particularly Microsoft packages)
Can work independently and proactively
Knowledge of the rail/infrastructure/construction industry (desirable)
Ability to travel independently (desirable)
