Graphic Designer & Administrative Assistant


Location:
Office based at Woolston, Warrington WA1 4RF


Working hours :
Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5.30pm, Friday 8.30am - 5pm

Position Overview:


Key Responsibilities:


Graphic Design (70%):


  • Create graphics using CMYK for digital print materials.
  • Design eyecatching and onbrand graphics for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts for campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
  • Edit and retouch images to enhance the visual appeal of our content.
  • Stay updated on the latest design trends and tools to keep our content fresh and innovative.

Administrative Support (30%):


  • Maintain and organize digital and physical files, ensuring easy accessibility and retrieval of information.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the overall efficiency of the office.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a digital print and social media context.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creativity.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce highquality work under tight deadlines.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms and their design requirements.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Experience with video editing and animation software.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for web design purposes.
