The duties include:

  • Leading a team of eight, championing company values. Leading by example and inspiring the team
  • Support new starters, mentor and coaching team members to develop skills and knowledge
  • Conduct team meetings, setting clear goals and objectives
  • Create personal development plans for each team member
  • Conduct monthly reviews and full performance analysis
  • Taking personal accountability and responsibility for the actions of yourself and your team

The Successful Applicant:


  • Have experience as a senior AP or a team leader
  • Essential
  • Be committed to performance development and training
  • Essential
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Essential
  • Be able to use Sage
  • Desirable
