What are we looking for?_

  • 12 months+ minimum in work from Education exit.
  • Minimum grade B/6 in Maths and English Language at GCSE (or the equivalent IB). Strong A Levels.
  • A proactive and positive attitude, including a passion for results and making things happen.
  • A desire to develop skills and grow both as an individual and as an employee.
  • Ambition, drive and passion.

What will you be doing?_

This varied sponsorship and sales role includes:

  • Researching new topics and industries and leads.
  • Identifying the key sectors to sell into.
  • Account management of current clients.
  • Creating a sales database.
  • Marketing and copywriting.
  • Coldcalling new sales leads.
  • Writing bespoke sponsorship packages.
  • Client meetings.
  • Running the conference and exceeding clients' expectations on the actual day at the conference.
