Technical Service Representative

PPG Industries

As a Technical Service Representative, you will deliver the technical support proposition to all customers to increase growth and delivery of targets in assigned geography.

Reporting to the Technical Support Manager and is field based.

LI-remote

Key Responsibilities

Implement a Technical Service plan for the geographical region to ensure existing customer base is retained in assigned segments in wet paint and dry goods.
Ensure all technical support activities are based on commercial value and prioritise accordingly.
Perform demonstrations and trials with existing and prospect customers.
Manage all installations in focus segments in cell/region, to include new wins, upgrades, 2nd schemes.
Support wider PPG technical sales team on large regional installs/main projects.
Collaborate with core technical team to ensure customers are supported technically.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years' experience in technical role in coatings industry.
Facilitate technical support information relating to reactive customer requests
IT literate
