Overview

Position Summary:


  • Works with external clients to resolve daytoday cash and FXrelated issues, in collaboration with appropriate resources at BNY Mellon where required
  • Acts as Client Service Expert in the cash and FX domain.
  • Supports clients in addressing cash and FX related operational and technical questions or issues and ensuring requests are resolved. Applies problemsolving skills based on precedence and experience. Uses communication skills to deliver high quality serviceto a specialized client base.
  • Monitors client's activity and client's inquiries and escalates nonroutine or complex issues to the appropriate team member, as needed.
  • Tracks information related to cash and FXrelated client issues and needs to support business development efforts.
  • Participates in internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience.

Job Scope:


  • Supports a selected number of client accounts from a custody cash and FX perspective.

Experience & Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Experience in an operational area, preferably settlement or securities trade related experience, and/or client services preferred.
