A leading supplier of ductile iron products are looking for a customer-focused individual to join them as a Customer Service Coordinator to provide support to their team in Ilkeston.

This role will be fully office-based during training. Once you are fully competent in the role, hybrid working is available.


Working Hours:


  • Monday to Friday 8.30 to 4.30, occasionally 9.00 to 5.00 on a rotating basis.

Responsibilities:


  • Managing various orders and deliveries, including highvalue complex projects.
  • Proactively chasing customer delivery schedules.
  • Agreeing and managing customer delivery calloffs.
  • Producing customer order book reports.
  • Attending customer meetings (virtual and in person).

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a customerfacing role preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Resilience to deal with unhappy customers professionally.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Enthusiastic approach to work.
