The Role
Fantastic opportunity to join a well renowned business in Durham.
Nigel Wright are exclusively supporting a growing business in Durham with their search for a PA to support at senior level.
Duties:
- Diary management
- Organisation of meetings, including responsibility for booking the relevant meeting room and necessary equipment, video conference facilities and refreshments
- Completion of action points from meetings, chasing relevant teams/departments
- Successfully chase the return of documentation where applicable
- Ensure objectives and daytoday action points are achieved
- Act as Project Secretary on allocated projects providing an efficient and highquality service to the Project Team:
- Organise travel, accommodation and corporate entertainment
- Ability to prioritise, effectively, including resolving diary issues, travel/logístical arrangements and attending third party meetings
- Preparation and attendance at Board meetings, including meeting packs, agendas and taking/distributing minutes
- General business administration support

- Excellent IT skills, including proficiency with Office 36
- Experience of minute taking at Board level
