Education Administrator/Coordinator

Pay:
£10.29 per hour
Duties include:
- Organising meetings and logistics across multiple calendars to suit all attendees.
- Team event management, room bookings and sending calendar invites.
- On occasion attending meetings and take notes
- Organising supporting documentation for upcoming meeting/courses
- Ability to work to high standards with accuracy and paying attention to detail.
The Education Programme Coordinator works with the Education Programme Manager and the Education Programme Officer to support the operational delivery of programmes including national recruitment, programme management, finance, and project management andto implement successful delivery of training assessments and rotations.
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all work

- Able to secure cooperation of colleagues at all levels.

- Demonstrable positive customer / client orientation, customer care skills

- Demonstrate high quality organisational and planning abilities.
- Excellent keyboard and word processing skills and ability to manipulate data on spreadsheets (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Access skills).
