Are you an HR Administrator looking for the next step in your HR career? Do you want to gain more Employee Relations exposure?


Gleeson Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a national professional services business to find an HR Advisor to join their team based in North Birmingham.

Offering a salary of up to 32k and hybrid / flexible working.


This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience providing advice and guidance to managers on employee relations cases and exposure to multiple stakeholders.

Ideally you will have some experience leading on an ER case, or will be training towards this.
