OTE £45k

Position:
Permanent - Full Time

We are looking for a passionate
Lettings Negotiatorto join the Residential Sales and Lettings team at this highly successful independent Estate & Lettings Agency based in the
Woking area.

The company will consider a range of experience levels, but as a minimum, you should be smart, well-presented, articulate and persuasive and have the drive and determination to succeed in winning business and creating earning opportunities.

The role will involve calling potential tenants and showing clients' properties, so a driving licence and car are essential.

Skills:

Negotiator role will include:

Previous experienced in Lettings
Excellent selling ability
High level of customer service skills
Good telephone manner and positive attitude
Well presented, ambitious and selfmotivated
Knowledge of the Woking area helpful
Full Driving License essential and own car preferred
Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
