About the role:

- _You will co-lead the Trial Management function for Leicester Clinical Trials Unit (LCTU), overseeing the development and delivery of a large portfolio of clinical trials, ensuring international quality standards in trial management are met.

You will be responsible for trial management staff working across the portfolio and you will be expected to manage teams independently, and in close collaboration with colleagues in other functional areas, ensuring a cohesive approach.

You will also contribute as a member of the Unit's Senior Leadership Team.
