Description

In this role youll lead the local Leeds Donation Team and ensure the delivery of an excellent service to those needing specialist support with aspects of donation. This means coordinating the day-to-day activities of the donation programme, allocating workloads and responsibilities. You will support the group donation lead in driving the donation business and ensuring the best patient experience. Youll also monitor performance and report back on activities to senior management.
**You will co-ordinate the donation pathways for those requiring treatment with; donated eggs, sperm or embryos, sharing parenthood/motherhood, known donors and embryo donors. You will be a link person to the central surrogacy team ensuring a smooth pathway for those proceeding with surrogacy. There are many development opportunities in this role for you, they all depend upon what you want to do and where you want your career to go.
