Techniche Global are supporting an engineering defence contractor to appoint a Training Deliverer and Training Manager.

You will manage the training team to deliver a training service to a business to meet customer requirements as defined and laid outin service agreements and implement training and education programmes & assignments.

Rates:

Trainer Delivery:
£38/hr,

Training Manager:
£40/hr UMB (PAYE rates are also available)

Location:
On-site in Plymouth.

Duration: 12 months+

One role will be hands on Training Deliverer, the other at a Training Manager level.

Both roles are seeking individuals that have general Training / L&D delivery background with a working knowledge of a systems approach to training.

They are happy to consider any sector background for these roles. The key is training methodology and experience.
