About the role:

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team in the role of Neighbourhood Support Assistant on a part-time basis, working 18 hours per week Wednesday to Friday.

As Neighbourhood Support Assistant in our local neighbourhood teams across the city, you will be responsible for supporting the team to deliver a first-class housing management service to tenants and the wider community.

You will provide a great service to our tenants, working as part of a team to respond to a wide range of general enquiries, both in person and on the telephone, as well as providing support to the Neighbourhood Coordinators.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills and experience within a housing management environment.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate excellent customer service skills, putting the tenant at the heart of what you do.

You will possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with tenants and external partner agencies, as well as be a great team player.
