Events Executive

The Lounge family is growing We are looking for an Events Executive who is highly ambitious and understands the power of a high street presence for a fast growing brand.

We have recently stepped into the pop up space and are looking for someone who has a real passion for putting on iconic, unforgettable experiential events that are range in size and type but all focused around growing our brand and furthering our mission of 'Comfort Made Sexy'.

This role will be at the forefront of every event Lounge puts on and making those events unforgettable, whilst building on our physical brand presence.

You will be required to work across the full end to end event, whilst supporting the Events Manager to ensure everything runs seamlessly.

You must be confident in project management, ensuring each department is up to date with the latest to ensure event success.

As the IRL space grows, you will have the chance to grow too, working alongside our Events Manager and wider team you will be able to develop your skills whilst bringing your own ideas, and touch to each and every event.

What you will do at Lounge:

Work with our Events Manager to plan and execute outstanding events that will engage and inspire our community, bringing the brand to the face of its consumer.
Work with the wider Brand team to ensure each event is meaningful and fits Lounge's brand strategy.
Attend all events ensuring every aspect of the event runs smoothly.
Problem solving and dealing with any issues that are bound to arrive, after all planning is one thing, but being able to deal with issues swiftly and effectively is key
Remain in constant contact with our Events Manager and any external events staff to keep everything on track.
Consistently hit deadlines to ensure that the event remains on track and all projects are managed successfully.
Plan ahead with the Events Manager and consider things like key campaigns.
Work with the Events Manager and wider team to assess each event to make the next ones even better.

We would love it if you:

Have experience having run end-to-end events on a large scale.
Are a selfstarter and able to work to tight deadlines.
Are extremely organised and have an ability to multitask.
Have an incredible attention to detail and a passion for all things events.
Are able to tap into Lounge's brand to ensure every event is meaningful.
Are ambitious and have a desire to succeed in the events world.
Have outstanding communication and ability to work with external vendors as well as other internal departments.
Bring energy to all events.
Are open to travelling for work and spending time away on events.
