Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an expanding team within a growing company. This role will support our busy customer service and aftersales department by providing accurate, diligent work through several channels.


Responsibilities:


  • Processing and quoting servicing and repairs
  • Maintaining/amending customer data.
  • Placing customer orders
  • Arranging returns and collection within the UK and internationally
  • Maintaining strong communication links with customers and colleagues
  • General support to the business as required
  • Dealing with complaints
  • Actioning refunds
Training will be provided


Requirements & Experience:

  • Familiar with MS Office, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Diplomatic problem solver
  • Calm under pressure
  • Methodical approach
  • Experience with CRM tools desirable but not essential

Salary:
From £24, per year

Monday to Friday

GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
