Full Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an expanding team within a growing company. This role will support our busy customer service and aftersales department by providing accurate, diligent work through several channels.
Responsibilities:
- Processing and quoting servicing and repairs
- Maintaining/amending customer data.
- Placing customer orders
- Arranging returns and collection within the UK and internationally
- Maintaining strong communication links with customers and colleagues
- General support to the business as required
- Dealing with complaints
- Actioning refunds
Requirements & Experience:
- Familiar with MS Office, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Diplomatic problem solver
- Calm under pressure
- Methodical approach
- Experience with CRM tools desirable but not essential
Salary:
From £24, per year
Monday to Friday
GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
