A highly regarded Legal500 law firm with a strong reputation for providing outstanding legal services to clients.

Due to the growth of their clinical negligence team, this firm is currently seeking a talented and motivated Clinical Negligence Solicitor (NQ-5PQE) to join theirteam in High Wycombe.


Responsibilities:


  • Managing a caseload of clinical negligence claims from start to finish, including conducting investigations, drafting pleadings, attending court hearings, and negotiating settlements.
  • Providing legal advice and support to clients, liaising with medical experts, and coordinating with other professionals involved in the case.
  • Undertaking business development activities to build and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to the growth of the clinical negligence team.
  • Maintaining accurate records, meeting deadlines, and complying with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:


  • Qualified Solicitor with NQ5 years PQE in clinical negligence law.
  • Strong technical knowledge and practical experience in handling clinical negligence cases, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong advocacy skills and experience of representing clients in court.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver highquality work within tight deadlines.
  • Business development skills and a proven track record of contributing to the growth of a legal practice.
