We are currently looking to recruit a Purchasing Administrator, on a part time basis, working 16 hours per week over 2 days on a temporary 6 month contract.


This is a great opportunity to undertake a challenging role in managing Purchasing related invoice disputes with internal and external stakeholders.

You will the first point of contact within the Purchasing teams, managing all queries while offering a positive experience of the end-to-end purchasing process with the best service level.

Working with multiple ERP systems, you will proactively work to identify improvements within the P2P process.- Resolution of supplier invoices- Work closely with the finance team to understand prioritisation of invoicing- Be the main point of contact with suppliers for resolving purchasing related invoice queries- Work alongside internal users for resolving service-related invoices- Liaise with members of the warehouse team to manage discrepancies for goods related invoices- Identify and analyse potential efficiency improvements on cost and processes- Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders

Key skills- Demonstrable experience of managing disputes- Excellent organisational and time management skills, able to work to tight deadlines- Proactive "can do" approach- Proficiency in Word and Excel, good numerical and analytical skills- Experience of working with ERP systems- High degree of self-motivation, reliability, and flexibility- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of interfacing with internal and external contacts at all levels- Ability to work on own as well as part of a team
