Description

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to play a pivotal role in supporting our Head of the School of Biological and Marine Sciences.

You will be a proactive problem solver with outstanding communication skills and an eye for detail.

You should have a proven track record in an office setting, adept at handling administrative tasks and offering robust support to leadership.

Experience using management software such as ASANA is essential.

In our dynamic school environment, we depend on our Executive Assistant to be adaptable and reliable, while maintaining the utmost confidentiality of high-level operations and systems.


Under the guidance of the Head of School and as a member of the School of Biological and Marine Sciences, you will be responsible for the delivery and continuous development of a customer focused, cost effective and efficient administrative support service.


In this fast paced and varied role, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to the Head of School, with a focus on activities related to the CRISPS project.

This is a full-time working 37 hour per week on a fixed-term basis for 5 years due to Funding. There is capacity for working from home only one day per week on a regular basis.
