Job description:


The Company:

London based Real Estate Agency specialising in new build developments with national and global property developers.

They look after circa 5000 homes across London, Hong Kong and Singapore.


The Position:


As the Property Management Team Leader you will be responsible for maintaining the quality and services of apartments in portfolios managed by the team, assisting with day-to-day queries, and supporting the team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct management of team (58 Property Managers, Senior Property Managers and Trainee Property Managers)
  • HR responsibilities include; staff attendance (holidays, sickness, punctuality), time management.
  • Effectively manage all team members KPIs, monthly onetoones, probationary appraisals, promotions and pay rises.
  • Conduct daily morning meetings with Property Managers
  • Helping the team to retain business and generate new leads
  • Manage a small portfolio of properties
  • Build and maintain relationships with Heads of Department and front offices
  • Handle and respond to complaints
