Job description:

The Company:

London based Real Estate Agency specialising in new build developments with national and global property developers.

They look after circa 5000 homes across London, Hong Kong and Singapore.

The Position:

As the Property Management Team Leader you will be responsible for maintaining the quality and services of apartments in portfolios managed by the team, assisting with day-to-day queries, and supporting the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct management of team (58 Property Managers, Senior Property Managers and Trainee Property Managers)
HR responsibilities include; staff attendance (holidays, sickness, punctuality), time management.
Effectively manage all team members KPIs, monthly onetoones, probationary appraisals, promotions and pay rises.
Conduct daily morning meetings with Property Managers
Helping the team to retain business and generate new leads
Manage a small portfolio of properties
Build and maintain relationships with Heads of Department and front offices
Handle and respond to complaints
