FinTech RS is working exclusively with one of our private equity-backed clients managing their recruitment process as they look to bolster their team by bringing in an IT Service Delivery Manager.


This newly created role will be joining a rapidly expanding, global company and will report directly to the Group Director.

This role will be responsible for creating and managing relationships with 3rdparty vendors on a local, and global, scale. There is clear growth available as the business looks to develop a team around this position.


This is not a technical position, although there will be some basic 1st/2nd line support required, this role is more working with the various businesses.

Being a focal point for anything IT, creating and managing projects, understanding requirements and ensuring 3rdparty suppliers have adhered to any set SLAs & KPIs.
