Facility Operative

As a Facility Operative, ensure all production areas and offices are maintained so employees can carry out their work optimally.

Working Hours:
08:00-16:00 Mon-Fri

Key Responsibilities

Ensure that all facility planned preventative maintenance and request for service requests are completed on time and optimally.
Carry out frequency based preventive maintenance plans to site standards across all areas of the site and resolve any issues found.
Ensure team are proactively identifying facility issues and rectifying before they breakdown and cause internal customers problems.
Verify that all floors are kept to the correct standards and painted with the accurate floor paint.
Update the maintenance system with issues found and rectification of works. Request and order spares when required for speedy repair of facilities and building.
Ensure the facility repairs and other tasks required are completed sharply.
Monitor stock within stores to determine availability of critical required spares and liaise with the Support Coordinator to ensure that orders are placed and appropriately stocked in the stores area.
Carry out other tasks given by the Facility / Maintenance Manager as and when required to suit the requirements of the business.

Qualifications

Experience in Maintenance
Good working ethic and able to complete task quickly and efficiently.
Conscientious and reliable.
Proactive and hardworking demeanour.
IPAF/FLT trained and certified (Desirable).
