As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our clients valued customers.
Your exceptional customer service and communication skills will shine as you handle inbound calls regarding service bookings, as well as make outbound calls to existing customers.

Not only will you ensure customer satisfaction, but you'll also have the opportunity to upsell our client's exceptional products and services.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service with a focus on satisfaction
- Excellent listening and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrating a professional and confident telephone manner
- Responding promptly to customer requests and resolving issues effectively
- Collaborating constructively with your colleagues as part of a dynamic team
- Efficiently managing workload, making sensible decisions under pressure
What We Look For:
- Experience in upselling products and services
- Preferred customer service or contact centre experience
- Automotive industry knowledge (training provided)
- A passion for delivering outstanding service
- Adaptability and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment
