Sales Administrator

Grantham, NG31

£25,000 per annum

Responsibilities:


  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to process sales, prepare quotes and manage salesrelated documentation
  • Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring all information is current and accurate
  • Assist in preparing invoices, track payments and resolve billing inquiries

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role within the
    ENERGY sector is necessary.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organisational and timemanagement skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
