Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to process sales, prepare quotes and manage salesrelated documentation
- Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring all information is current and accurate
- Assist in preparing invoices, track payments and resolve billing inquiries
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role within the
ENERGY sector is necessary. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organisational and timemanagement skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
