Head of Corporate Communications & Marketing

This is a vital position that will oversee all communications involving the Companies in the Group including the development and implementation various communications strategy and a broad and diverse range of business and marketing communications across the Group.

This is a unique opportunity to help create a unified new corporate strategy & voice for the holding Entity whilst maintaining the differentiated Marketing and Communications voice for each of the customer facing brands.

As this is a new role for the Group, created following recent internal agreement to bring all our various companies together under one corporate entity and as part of our ongoing acquisition and investment strategy.

The head of Marketing and Communications will report directly to the Chief Executive and will be a key member of the senior leadership team.

A senior communicator, the Head of Marketing and Communications will lead the strategic marketing communications and operational delivery of activity for the Group.

The individual will define and drive the brands, tailoring messaging and developing marketing campaigns and activity.

Building and leading the marketing team, will be key to further developing the brand propositions and providing marketing direction across the Group to support lead generation, client retention, staff engagement and overall brand awareness.

Salary depends on experience but will be in the region of £60k.
