Description

The post holder will be aligned to a portfolio of the Care Group and will provide a senior comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the clinical services.

They will undertake day today supervision of band 2 staff, and liaise with the Administration Lead to ensure that high standards
of data quality are achieved and maintained as well as ensure Clinical Practitioners are proactively supported with service delivery

  • Provide a senior confidential, quality administrative service to an identified branch of services within the Home First Service, Doncaster Physical Health Care Group
  • Maintain quality in own work and encourage others to do so whilst working as an effective and responsible senior team member
  • Update annual leave rota and daily health roster cover rota to ensure there is adequate cover at all times
  • Maintain open communication pathways between clinical and administrative staff
  • Support the implementation of key service development initiatives
  • To maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality in respect of all work
  • Regularly review work allocation and systems with Administration Lead / Team leaders / Service Manager ensure that the administration team works efficiently and effectively to provide a comprehensive and responsive administration service
  • Adapt and implement changes and updates where needed to meet commissioner and Care Group needs
  • Work with administrative staff to monitor and rectify identified data quality issues
