Behaviour Mentor Required


We are seeking an experienced Behaviour Mentor to join our team at a co-educational academy with a lot of capacity for career progression.

Make a positive impact in the lives of children and young adults in the Buckinghamshire area and take your career tothe next level.


Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing individualised behaviour plans
  • Providing onetoone support to children and young adults with challenging behaviour
  • Building positive relationships with clients, families, and other stakeholders
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of interventions
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports of client's progress

Requirements:


  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Current DBS certificate
  • Must be based in the Buckinghamshire area
