Key Responsibilities1.

Provide high level of customer service of reception ensuring guests and staff are welcomed onto site with a warm welcome.

2.

Book in subcontractors for both PPM and reactive tasks, receiving and reviewing service report sheets, ensuring all documentation is uploaded to relevant shared drives and e-log books are updated.

3.

Managing the meeting room tracker and ensuring this is up to date and able to report any changes to the concerned team/ individual.

4. Managing all postal duties
5. Managing all cross-flight deliveries and ensuring these are booked and sent out in a timely manner.
6. Booking in visitors and guests onto site using the visiting system.
7. Booking in visitors on the parking system.
8. Raising permits request to the landlord to ensure statutory PPM's and reactive works can take place.
9. Help with events that take place and ensure subcontractors are working in accordance their RAMs.
10. Issuing out ATW and conducting DRA and BRR, ensure log books are up to date.
11.

Ensuring all reactive jobs are logged on Si7 and closed out in a timely manner and ensuring PPM's are closed of on time.

12. Creating and issuing new passes for staff on site.
13. Update Web Quote with costs for callouts / materials / site overtime / subcontractors when chargeable to the clients
14. Asist with completing contract review pack and monthly reports which are submitted to the client.
15. Hazards being reported and closed out in a timely manner
16. Update subcontractors' files and logbooks to be audit ready. Inclusive of updating clients and CBRE shared drive with compliance certificates.
17. Monitor progress of all subcontractors on site and complete subcontractor audits (BRR) monthly.
18. Attend / run weekly and monthly client meetings and conduct monthly premises check with the client.

Accountabilities1 Reporting to a CBRE Contract Manager.2 Accountability to the CBRE Contract Manager, as appropriate.3 Accountable day-to-day to the relevant client contact.
