An exciting opportunity awaits for a motivated Administrator to become part of our supportive Window Cleaning Division in Aylesford. Under the direct supervision of the Office Manager, this position will include a variety of administrative responsibilities. We seek an individual with excellent IT skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise their workload.


Antac are a multi-disciplinary company that offer a range of services including Building and Maintenance Services, M&E, MOD housing refurbs, Commercial Office Cleaning & Window Cleaning, through our qualified and experience staff.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Inputting data onto our CRM system
  • Dealing with enquiries
  • Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Scheduling appointment and site visits
  • Raising Purchase Orders
  • Organising deliveries and collections
  • Diary Management

Essential

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Excellent communication skills, including a professional telephone manner
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional work ethic
  • Ability to work well in a team and on your own
  • Flexible and adaptable approach
  • Able to pass security vetting
