Description
We recognise the value in having people with a variety of backgrounds, experience and skills in our business. That means the role requirements here should be seen as a guide, not a checklist. If you have more, less or different experiences, but really relevant skills, we'd love to hear from you.

We work flexibly and will support you to find a healthy balance of remote working and time in our fantastic Southampton office, collaborating, taking part in events and developing the social connections that make working with us so rewarding.

We welcome the opportunity to discuss reduced hours and job share arrangements.

The Role
We currently have an opportunity for a
ServiceNow System Administrator (Manager) to join our growing Technology Function.

This role will own ServiceNow, our new IT Service Management (ITSM) platform that underpins the service Carnival UK Technology provides.

The role will implement strong ongoing governance standards and controls. The ServiceNow Systems Administrator will champion the benefits of the platform and provide high-quality systems administration and management.

  • Manage and maintain the ITSM platform and all integrations, ensuring the platform is ready for use and always offers high quality data and processes.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, investigate and recommend permanent solution and workarounds.
  • Seek opportunities to integrate the platform with other tools to offer an enhanced endtoend service across a range of Technology disciplines. Develop standard ways of integrating, importing data, and using it through all ITSM processes.
  • Provide training to endusers and business owners and manage functional and process documentation, ensuring all staff are well versed in the use of the product.
  • Maintain the Service Catalogue and Service Level Management content and configuration. Proactively review its use and look for opportunities to enhance the catalogue and the end user experience.

Our role categories range from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President) so you can clearly see internal development opportunities.

This role is a CUK08 and is offered on a full-time permanent basis, with at least two days based in our Southampton office.

About You
Fresh ideas and different perspectives are what excite us most, and alongside bringing these to the role, you'll also need:

  • Expertise in ServiceNow configuration, administration, and usage.
  • Selfmotivated, selfstarter, with experience in owning and improving ServiceNow ITSM processes and workflows.
  • Knowledge of ITIL and Service Delivery best practices.
  • Excellent relationship management and influencing skills.
  • Excellent communication skills across a variety of mediums, to all levels of the business.
