An exciting opportunity has arisen for experienced paediatric registered nurse to be part of the Integrated Community Paediatric Service (ICPS) management team.

The Continuing Care and Care Packages services require a Band 7 Team Leader to lead and manage the nursing and support workers who care for Children and Young People (CYP) in the community with complex, continuing nursing needs, some of whom also have Continuing Health Care funded packages of care.

The service also supports CYP and families with the delivery of End Of Life care in the community, if this is their preferred place of care.


We are looking for an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic senior nurse who has management experience as will be required to support ICPS Matron and work with other service Team Leaders to deliver high standards of evidenced based care for Children and Young People (CYP) within the ICPS.

This Team Leader will have experience of caring for CYP with complex care needs and will have excellent communication skills to effectively engage with staff and families.
