Woodside Wildlife Park is a BIAZA and EAZA accredited zoo situated in Lincolnshire. We actively participate in conservation projects and international breeding programmes.

Having a wide range of animals from tropical butterflies to tigers, penguins, crocodiles and wolves making Woodside an inspiring place to work.

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our animal team.


Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional standards of animal welfare.
  • Provide outstanding levels of husbandry and enrichment for animals.
  • Maintain accurate records and identify areas for improvement.
  • Deliver educational presentations to groups.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Must be a team player with the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • A minimum of two years previous experience of working with a range of relevant species is desired.
  • A relevant animal qualification is desired.
The position starts immediately and is full time permanent following a trial period.

Pay will be commensurate with age and experience.
