HR Data & Systems Advisor Fulltime, Permanent role

A bit about the role... This post plays a critical role in delivering and maintaining robust people data and analytics through our HR systems. You will be joining our small but passionate team who are committed to making a real positive change in how the agency manage its humanresources by monitoring people risk, ensuring compliance, enhancing workforce planning and maintaining/developing our HR systems and reporting capabilities.??

Working with key stakeholders and a professional HR Team you will ensure efficient, consistentand effective resolution of data requests, reporting and system issues and can help develop an effective digital HR system offering.

The role will support the design and delivery of key strategic projects around the data analytics, reporting and systems/report maintenance and development in the HR Team.

There are some great strategic projects to get involved with and this is an excellentopportunity to balance day to day delivery whilst bringing innovative solutions to the HR analytics and system offering.

A bit about you We are on a real journey and this is a great opportunity to be a part of that.?


Whilst our day job is to deliver first class customer service to our stakeholders on all things HR data and systems, you will be used to "spinning several plates" at once and will always be looking for ways to improve and innovate.

?


You'll be comfortable supporting the wider HR Team and business with complex workforce data issues, aiming to provide an effective and pro-active reporting and analysis service.

You will be highly proficient in IT/Digital skills key in this role; particularlywith advanced practical knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office and more specifically Excel and powerbi, you will be an experienced HR systems administrator and have experience of maintaining/ developing HR systems.

You will be resilient and comfortable using Microsoft Excel to create and analyse data especially V-lookups, pivot tables and charts.

You will have ability to use these skills to translate this data into presentable format to allow for insights into headcount,absence and turnover.

You will enjoy working in an innovative, fun and engaging way and be able to negotiate and persuade.??


As an experienced HR analyst professional, you will have experience managing small projects and be able to demonstrate that you can work with others in a collaborative way as teamwork is important to us.
