Based in
Horsham, you will join us on a
full-time, permanent
basis, and in return, you will receive a
competitive salary of £35,000 - £38,000 plus company vehicle and excellent benefits.

Key responsibilities as our
Working Supervisor will include:
- Carrying out PPM and reactive tasks as required
- Supporting a quick response to Building Fabric emergency repairs as needed including site visits to support trade staff/subcontractors or to carry out joint assessments with the client.
- Managing the void process including void scope & inspection, safe site set up and delivery, trade brief, and quality sign off of work
- Assisting with scoping, price, quote and delivery of project works as required
- Managing project works as allocated including scoping, safe set up and delivery, and quality sign off
- Reporting to the office and resource controller keeping them fully up to speed with the status of works under your control
- Supporting, training and developing the trades and subcontractors in their technical ability, safety, customer service and organisational ability
- Ensuring trades are working efficiently and effectively at all times, through managing productivity and resolving issues
- Providing technical advice and support to the trades, subcontractors and client as required
- Carrying out quality checks on completed works when required and documenting the findings, making sure that any issues are passed to the Helpdesk to allow prompt rectification
- Always understanding and enforcing health and safety, carrying out toolbox talks, Operative assessments and other training with the team, whether on site or in the office
- Being a part of the out of hours Managers rota, providing technical assistance and support for the operatives or the client
What we are looking for in our Working Supervisor:
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in relevant trade
- Experience of working on commercial/public buildings
- SMSTS Health and Safety (Desirable)
- IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent (Desirable)
- Scaffold Inspector Course (Desirable)
- 2+ years' experience of supervising of maintenance repairs/project works (Desirable)
- 2+ years line management experience (Desirable)
