Job Description:


We are looking for a resourceful and reliable Office Administrator to join our Shoreham-by-Sea office to support our teams in ensuring operational excellence within out Development Centre.


This is a 6 month fixed term contract working on a part time basis
9am - 12pm, 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities
Key Administrational duties for Shoreham Development Centre including but not limited to:

  • Handling all postal and courier requirements
  • Management of all annual/monthly/weekly office inspections including monthly fire alarm and emergency lighting testing, & recording
  • Visitors' management, to include meeting room booking and lunch ordering and site parking
  • Liaising with external contractors e.g., cleaners, plumbers, window cleaners, etc.
  • Booking MOTs and Services for all company test cars
  • Keeping office records and documents up to date
  • Oversee the management of the warehouse covering charging units and components inventory
  • Source and maintain engineering supplies, stationery, cleaning and kitchen supplies etc.
  • Being on call for alarm call outs, emergencies, etc.

Qualifications:


  • Ability to multitask and to efficiently manage workload
  • Resourceful, selfmotivated and reliable team player
  • Methodical and organised with meticulous attention to detail
  • Effective and confident in written and verbal communications skills
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Selfstarter mentality who works well within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Ability to work off own initiative
Additional Information

Duration: 6 month fixed term contract


Hours:9am - 12pm. 3 days per week (flexibility needed on which days)
