A background in customer service and or sales is preferred.

However, we hire on attitude, passion and personality, so previous customer service or sales experience is not paramount This is a very customer-centric role, so you'll need to be confident and comfortable interacting with customers face to face.

Customer Services Representative Role
As a Customer Services Representative, you will be the face and voice of our clients. You will be responsible for engaging customers and promoting clients' products and services.

You will effectively be a brand ambassador, learning and maintaining strong product knowledge to deliver presentations and represent clients in a confident, charismatic and professional manner.

Your day will be a variety of office-based work and field-based customer and client meetings, and one promise we make is that no two days are alike.

Ability to work individually and as a team member
