The key responsibilities of a Finance Officer
will include, but may not be limited to;

  • Assist in the development of plans and timetables.
  • General financial accounts.
  • Monitor service charge income and costs.
  • Reconciliations
  • Provide support with budget setting and forecasting.
  • Prepare procedure notes.
  • Preparation of financial and management reports.
  • Exercise internal controls.

The Successful Applicant:


The successful Finance Officer
must possess the following skill set and experience.

  • Background working in Not for Profit and Charities desirable.
  • Proven Finance related background.
  • Ability to adapt to new systems and software.
  • Good oral and written communications.
  • Ability to prioritise and management workload.
  • Experience of Month end processes
  • Understanding of income and expenditure accounts.
  • Oracle Financials or equivalent finance system.

  • Excellent salary between £30,500 £31,500 per annum.
