Business Services Associate

Full Time - Permanent

We have an opportunity for a Business Services Associate to join their team of staff in the Accounts department.

This is a Full time role for 37.5 hours a week. Part time hours are also available. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern either working 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

Motivated to implement/deliver on time to quality standards, with strong ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Initiative and flexible to new ideas and ways of working
Highly energetic and driven to succeed
Able to stay calm and work efficiently under pressure
Able to manage information of a confidential nature
Microsoft office skills are preferable

Duties of this role include:

Support Group and Hospital performance to deliver consistent, efficient and accurate service in Accounts Payable.
Deliver timely and accurate data to produce management information reports
Support change and the review of business services processes to improve overall efficiency
Ensuring compliance with statutory and group obligations, as well as company policy.
Undertake any necessary filing and document management
Respect patient and consultant confidentiality
Any general provision of support and respond to adhoc requests from Business Services management team.
